Acting for an inclusive world: for an equal gender representation in the jobs of the future with Caitlin Kraft-Buchman, W@tt & <A+> Alliance

Diverse teams drive better results: this is true in all sectors of the economy and at each level of the society. However, gender imbalance remains a main concern as women continue to be significantly under-represented in the job market, and the gap is even larger if we focus on leadership roles. In the context of the construction of a post-pandemic world, it is essential to promote high-quality education for all, ensuring that girls and women acquire the fundamental STEM skills for them to be at the heart of the jobs of the future.

Which measures can foster the representation of women in the future of work? How can Governments, in connection with the private sector, develop measures to attract more women in these professions?
